No. 1305 Rusticated Freehand Weight 50g / 1.75 ounces Tobacco Chamber: 1.8" x 0.9" dia (43mm x 21mm dia) A most unusual - and beautiful - rusticated Freehand with a boxwood band inserted in the mouthpiece. I would particularly direct your attention to the way this mouthpiece compliments the shape of the pipe. An excellent example of Bruto's art and skill.

No. 1306 Rusticated "Kronos" Weight 45g / 1.5 ounces Tobacco Chamber: " x " dia (mm x mm dia) The "Kronos" is a new specialty shape, designed by Bruto Sordini and unique to Don Carlos. As always, the inspiration for the name comes from Bruto's love of music. He has named this pipe because of his admiration of the Kronos Quartet, who take classic music and present it in an unusual, different, yet inspiring manner. Bruto has done the same with this pipe - the classic Poker bowl becomes tapered, accented by fine silver and boxwood bands then complimented by a upswept stem. The shape of the stem is not just beautiful - it is practical, too. The design ensures that smoke is directed away from the tongue, avoiding "tongue bite" and maximising the sensation of tobacco flavours. The stem also ensures that despite the gently curved base of the bowl, the pipe will sit upright. £ |

No. 1307 Rusticated quarter-bent Apple Weight 65g / 2.25 ounces Tobacco Chamber: 1.6" x 0.9" dia (40mm x 22mm dia) A delightful classic Apple compliment by a broad, engraved, silver band. This should be a cool-smoking pipe - at their widest point, the walls of this pipe are 1.6" (15mm) thick. |

No. 1309 Rusticated Freehand Weight 53g / 1.8 ounces Tobacco Chamber: 1.5" x 0.9" dia (37mm x 21mm dia) I was astonished when Bruto showed me his prototype of this shape - but he told me that he would never make another because it was so difficult to make. Despite this, he has continued development - these rarities could be considered the forerunner of the "Kronos".
