It all started back in 1996 when Bruto Sordini asked me to be his "UK Agent", supplying his Don Carlos pipes to fellow members of The Pipe Club of London. For a while, I did this by mail order.  I was careful not to let this operation grow too fast because although this is a hobby, I am anxious to provide a professional, yet personal and friendly service.

But then Bruto asked me expand onto the Internet.  It was quite a nettle to grasp but I was very proud to have been the first to offer Don Carlos pipes on the 'net.

You will find lots of lovely Don Carlos pipes on this site – and more besides!  I also stock high-grade Italian pipes by and Moretti, excellent Danish pipes by Refbjerg and an interesting selection Turkish Meerschaum.  All have one thing in common. I don't stock any pipe that I would not be pleased to smoke myself!
